HOW TO INSTALL:
Before installation,make sure the ignition key and (Heating,Ventilation and Air Conditioning) control switch are in the OFF position,in order to avoid damaging the new Air Door Actuator.
1. Position the air door actuator onto the plenum assembly of the(Heating,Ventilation and Air Conditioning) air distribution housing and install it.
2. Rotate the air door deflector shaft slightly to align the splines on the actuator output shaft with those on the blend door lever.
3. Align the mounting hole of air door actuator to the mounting column in the housing. Install screws that secure the air door actuator and tighten it.
4. Connect the(Heating,Ventilation and Air Conditioning) wire harness connector to the air door actuator.
